Shipping

  • FREE SHIPPING FOR ORDERS OVER $150 within the Continental US.
  • We ship orders Monday thru Friday via USPS only. Express shipping is available....please inquire for rates.
  • We ship Worldwide....please contact us for rates

Return Policy

  • Should you need to return an item to AdaresBoutique.com… you may do so within 7 days from date of receipt of item. The item must be unused and in it's original condition with all tags attached for an exchange or refund. Used items or item's without their original manufacturer tags cannot and will not be accepted. 
  • Items returned within (7) days and complying with above policy will receive a refund to their orignal form of payment(not including shipping charges) 
  • Shipping and handling fee are non-refundable.
  • Sale items are final sales and are not returnable.
  • Sales items are any items purchased at a discounted sale price from our Sales Categories or Any items purchased during one of our sales using a sale promo code
  • Discontinued Colors & sizes are FINAL SALES
  • Items which are not DISCONTINUED  but purchased using any sale code....may be returned for a store credit only if the item is in it's original condition with all tags attached & returned within 7 days of receipt.
  • To return an item(s), you MUST contact us at adaresboutique@adaresboutique.com and ask for a return authorization.
  • Please let us know the order # & what item(s) you would like to return.
  • Please include your telephone number and the best time to reach you.

ANY BOXES WITHOUT A RETURN AUTHORIZATION WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED.

Once we have given you a return authorization:

  1. To return an item(s), circle the item(s) on the invoice/packing slip that you are returning. Please note your reason for return.
  2. Indicate if you prefer a credit or exchange. If exchanging, please let us know what you would like by noting the specific information about the item(s){size, color, style, quantity}
  3. If your shipping address has changed, please indicate the proper address.
  4. Pack and seal the item securely and include the invoice/packing slip. We are not responsible for lost items so please insure accordingly. All packages must be prepaid—we do not accept COD's.

We accept PayPal, Mastercard, Visa, Discover and American Express.

Please note that there is a 7% Sales tax that will be charged on all taxable items shipping to the state of Rhode Island

 

SYMPLI ORDERS

-Unless you are ordering from our Sympli In Stock Category

All other Sympli items do need to be ordered. Special orders can take from 8 to 10 weeks. Once an order has been placed...it cannot be canceled.

-ALL of our Sympli In Stock items will have the code of "IS" next to the SKU #

-All orders are charged at the time of order.

SORRELLI SPECIAL ORDERS

-All Sorrelli items marked "SPECIAL ORDER" do need to be ordered.

Special orders can take from 3 to 5 weeks. Please plan accordingly when placing your order.

-All orders are charged at the time of order.

-We created our Customer Loyalty Program as a way of thanking our loyal customers for their continued patronage of Adare's Boutique

-The redemption coupons are "promotional" only and you can redeem one promotional code per order
