We ship orders Monday - Friday using UPS only. Express shipping is also available.
Orders should be received within 7 business days from date of shipment.

If shipping to more than one address....you will need to place separate orders.

RETURN POLICY

Should you need to return an item to AdaresBoutique.com, you may do so within 7 days from date of receipt of item. The item must be unused and in it's original condition with all tags attached for an exchange or refund. Used items cannot and will not be accepted.
Shipping and handling fee are non-refundable.

To return an item(s), you MUST contact us at:
[email protected] and ask for a return authorization. Please include your telephone number and the best time to reach you.

ANY BOXES WITHOUT A RETURN AUTHORIZATION WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED.

Once we have give you a return authorization:
-To return an item(s), circle the item(s) on the invoice/packing slip that you are returning. Please note your reason for return.
-Indicate if you prefer a credit or exchange. If exchanging, please let us know what you would like by noting the specific information about the item(s){size, color, style, quantity}
-If your shipping address has changed, please indicate the proper address.
-Pack and seal the item securely and include the invoice/packing slip. We are not responsible for lost items so please insure accordingly. All packages must be prepaid-We do not accept COD's.
-Address returns and exchanges to:

We also accept money orders and personal checks. All personal checks will be held for 10 business days or until the check clears our bank.

Please note that there is a 7% Sales tax that will be charged on all taxable items shipping to the state of Rhode Island.
